I just got lucky with a piece of inexpensive land.  

You can’t go wrong investing within 200 miles radius of Denver Metro:)  I sold one small piece of land this year made 1,000% profit.

Not that anyone but the most inexperienced would mistake your hastily constructed promotional piece above for a true informative post. 

My one piece of advice with developing in New York is to stretch out your timeline.

Outsourcing this piece of your business is one of the most sensible things you can do.

Try calling the Photographer or author of the piece and ask the owners name.Then call the owner and discuss the prices paid for interior and exterior decorating (and the year paid-inflation) as well as interior designer(s) used or Architects used to achieve the look.That should shortcut your budgeting process a little bit.
