Best way to make connections
Hi! My name is Kimberly and I'm just starting out in the real estate industry. I graduated from FSU this past spring and have started a job at an investment brokerage in Jacksonville, Fl. What are the best ways to make real connections with investors? I've tried Facebook, Connected Investors, and cold calling but I've found it's difficult to find legitimate buyers or for people to pick up the phone. Does anyone have any advice or have connections they'd be willing to share?

Having a good LinkedIn profile is a great way to start. Reach out from there and start building genuine relationships.
