When water dries up development is limited.I saw a report on TV where a weatherman was saying Texas is in line for a drought cycle for up to 10 years out worse case.It seems like if your state could just get the rain other states have too much of you would be doing really well.

If you have each llc with sufficient capital, who knows exactly what that is, but for discussion, lets say $50,000 and insurance on top of that....ok, you are likely fine on the personal side...they just wipe out the llc....assuming of course they get judgement.

Meanwhile the current tenants were running the drier while we were there, and all I could think of was the liability of have electric components and puddling water.I have now been to this home twice, the first time there was some dampness and today in a real rain there were actual puddles in the basement If anyone has any advice on this, I would love to hear it.
