Reasonable GC Fees
If you were participating as a LP in a syndication what would you consider to be a reasonable GC fee for overseeing SFR builds?

I would typically take 15% of construction costs. If the volume is higher and you can coordinate the same trades across multiple properties at the same time, then a lower percentage (12%) could be in line. My numbers were based off building in SoCal so those percentages were much higher in real dollars.
