I’d recommend checking them out there also some other real estate investing membership groups but I prefer the smaller size because I believe that in the meet ups you actually get a stronger connection.

(I prefer to use Transactions when doing all this verses Genral Journal Entires).  

I do not want to do a refi on each one individually If I can help it..

If the individual can go to work without their service animal, surely they can visit grandma without it.Notify the grandmother she is in violation of the no-pet policy.

I'm not an attorney but, I have had the same questions before and have gone back and forth with attorneys and accountants to come to my preference now, I hope this helps.

Sean, it seems that you will need to replace the cesspool with a septic system within 1 year of the sale date, so if the seller can't do it before closing (always preferred!)
