Never would have guessed in a million years the guy had money.... but while explaining he dabbled in flips and rentals on a DIY type of basis, the guy said, "If you are every looking for a money partner let me know"..... 10 or so years later, friend went from about a million dollar portfolio to about a 10 million dollar one... since that day, he's never had to hunt for $$$ to swing deals, all because of a conversation at church.#4- When you get hit in the face that first time-- and you will-- you have to get up and keep moving.

My decorations are paintings of nude females, calendars of scantily clad females doing construction work, professional sports related memorabilia, hunting/fishing themes, firearms and ammunition, motion picture themes characters such as Arnold Schwarzenneger, Rambo, Quentin Tarrintino related, Fast & Furious, Brad Pitt, Avengers; Marilyn Monroe, etc.I ask the guys if they mind all the stuff I put in.

It's almost like hunting investment properties...you look at 100, make offers on 10, get 1. 

I will likely have to spend a week or two at the property, which I'm planning for in April.For background: My market is a small river town 30 minutes north of Green bay, known for its fishing/boating/hunting and local ATV trails.

i know first hand the challenges of hunting and seizing properties in the expensive NYC market especially when every seller thinks their homes are a million bucks.

She even hunted my partner down at his day job and talked to his boss threatening to call the cops on him.
