@Ethen Weaver  Used to look at the Australian version of BP  but it died a slow death as the Aussie dollar dropped like a rock and US turn key providers in many markets buried those poor folks into the war zones and the Balkin and other bad investments. 

Unless you've got some crazy deep sewer lines or solid rock overtop of it, you should be able to find someone with a small excavator that can dig and fill that trench in a day. $125/hr should cover the dig.

Take your past experiences find some lenders get pre qualified ( just like anyone buying a home to live in would do) then put your deals together.if you buying a 23k home and putting say 30k into it and making 40k on it.. that is rock star territory...
