Hello,I just moved to the Greater Charlotte NC/SC area from NY and have been exploring the RE for sale in the area based on interesting Zillow listings that come up.

On the other hand, I am open to learning new strategies, on methods of acquiring properties with or without funds.

Use the BRRRR method and refinance your money back and keep repeating with the same $50,000.  

Clearly this defeats the purpose of having the LLC in the first place.Does anyone have any creative methods to avoid the extra costs of transfer taxes over the years when wanting to refinance property held in a business entity?

Did you oversize the rooms a little or what method did you determine which size unit to install?

A year from now I want to be working on getting a second property under my belt by doing the BRRRR method. 

The brrrr method gets taken out of context to much on BP.

Personal checks for security deposit aren’t a good idea, so I would recommend not accepting them as a payment method on move in.

My goal is to start out wholesaling real estate and build up cash to buy and hold single family and multifamily homes and then use the BRRR method.
