Most times I've had tenants that want to leave after a year end up sticking around because they really enjoyed their home (they took really good care of my property).Second, you can ask her for referrals, I've had tenants who lined up other tenants for me before they moved out.

1) I wonder if a cash out refi on my condo is my best option to free up more of my own cash, and if i get that cash, whether to use it to pay off my 4 unit building or buy another property. 2)  I don't know how to structure a private money deal and it is keeping me from moving forward with the private money option.I've enjoyed all the info. and wealth of information that people take time to share.
