Hello,

I'm new to the BP community and have been reading and reading on this site for a little while.  I currently own a condo and a 4 unit building and am currently in a position free up cash to get another property.  I also have private lender money at my disposal.  ...I am not sure how to move forward!

1) I wonder if a cash out refi on my condo is my best option to free up more of my own cash, and if i get that cash, whether to use it to pay off my 4 unit building or buy another property.

2)  I don't know how to structure a private money deal and it is keeping me from moving forward with the private money option.

I've enjoyed all the info. and wealth of information that people take time to share.  Thank you!!

Mike
