There are some income qualifications as well I think it is under 90K single file and $170K joint and you have to have the home as the primary home for 3 years.I think it is form 5405 on the irs.gov site you can read all the qualifications on it.

It would be worth the time and money to find a local attorney who specializes in joint venture arrangements.This way the paperwork and protections will be in place for both parties.A deal always sounds encouraging in the beginning but can later fall apart.

There is rarely obvious joints...the program dose a pretty great job.I am going to be getting a wider lens but for now stitching seems to work fine.For editing I like GIMP.

Invest a scanner and scan your receipts, find a part time bookkeeper who you can pay once or twice a month to come in and handle everything for you.I do bookkeeping for a lot of my clients; many do not need constant help, they mostly just need assistance occasionally a day or two per month.
