The condo is in my business name which creates an additional complexity to the situation.

It's funny you mentioned the apartment complex across the college in Modesto.

Macroeconomics are so complex, that something like a coup in Turkey can unsettle markets and send house prices down slightly.

My friend's car was towed from an apartment complex near a very busy shopping area with limited parking.

I haven't seen too many property listings tout the complexity of the deck buildout. 

You can also drop by some larger complexes in the area and look for the management company's sign (they always put them up on the bigger properties).

If the apartment complex is all 2br/1ba 1,000sqft units, look for rents on other units in the area that are of similar size & offer similar community features.  

As it was stated, one move by the Jeep line and Toledo is done...again...and that's if you consider it not to be done as it is. 10% population loss in one decade - no **** every apartment complex is for sale...lolGood luck to you guys.
