I agree with @Joseph P Finkelstein that finding a co-signer to supplement your income is your best bet, if at all possible.

The one that is paid off is the one that had the fire so both sides, inside and out, are brand new. 1 side is leased and we just got the CO for the other side last week and getting it rent ready now.
