New to Denver and New Investor Looking to Get Connected!

Nathanael Jones
Posted

Hey everyone!

My name is Nate Jones, I'm 23 and excited to get into real estate investing now that I've started a real job! I just moved to Denver about a week ago and I'd love to get connected to investors in the area! Right now, I'm working with a partner to buy houses for STR in Florida!

I’d love to grab lunch or a beer with anyone who is willing or if anyone has recommendations for local groups to join, I would really appreciate it!

Gratefully,

Nate Jones

Hi Nate, welcome to Denver!

I second everything Nick said! BARE is an awesome meetup in the area along with John Fisher Breakfast Club and RIG. If you're looking to buy in CO, also great advice to make sure you do your research into where you're buying because it can change a lot by city out here and really affect what the your best strategy is for each property!
