New to Denver and New Investor Looking to Get Connected!

Hey everyone!

My name is Nate Jones, I'm 23 and excited to get into real estate investing now that I've started a real job! I just moved to Denver about a week ago and I'd love to get connected to investors in the area! Right now, I'm working with a partner to buy houses for STR in Florida!

Wow everyone, I am overwhelmed and so appreciative of all the advice and responses!! Especially several notes about not getting bogged down in over analyzing which I'm very guilty of. I managed to find a partner who tends to have the opposite problem so we balance each other out really well! Also I'm super excited because were hoping to make our first offer by the end of the week!
