My question is, is title insurance the same thing as a certificate of title? 

A special certificate of thanks was presented to Visser (photo attached) for his dedication and support for the Show.

Once the elevation certificate comes in, the premium for the flood insurance actually might be a little lower but the flood insurance that I purchased and home insurance that I have selected brings me to 98 a month.

Does anyone know if I get some sort of certification saying that my house is clear from lead paint?

Just this week I spoke to one builder who said they can't get the septic systems they typically use which has caused major delays in closing out builds and getting the coveted Certificates of Occupancy (CO's).

She says yes hes insured sends me a updated certification.
