Property Management Certification?

Hi BiggerPocketers.  I'm considering getting a certification in property management (I'm based in California).  My options are the California Association of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate Management, and National Association of Residential Property Managers.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  Is one better than the others?
