Certified plumber needed for Breck condo

Zachary Cobbs
Posted

Hey guys, ran into a bit of an issue on an investment property in Breckenridge.  Converting a 3/2 to a 3/3 and have experience doing plumbing on personal property in Michigan before, but didn’t realize I needed a permit to do the work in Colorado, so now my renovations are on pause.  The rough plumbing has been done, but now I need to find a certified plumber to pull a permit and sign off on what’s been done, or complete the job from here.
Has anyone ran into a similar scenario, and/or have a recommendation on a licensed plumber in Colorado?  If they aren’t licensed in breck yet, I’ll pay for the certificate

Thanks for any help,

Zac
