I imagine there are still a large number of “mom and pop” hosts who had no idea there were taxes or a permit needed who’ll be weeded out, but they prop weren’t our competition anyway  ;-) Good luck!

Definitely an interesting idea, but I think you have to either have some property management who has experience / knowledge with managing properties like this or some personal knowledge / experience running these types of properties.I also think there is good opportunities around college campuses like Kent State, Toledo, Baldwin Wallace and rent out per room to college students. 

We also might be able to open a line of credit for a business and have 0% APR for the first two years. in saying this here my question. 1. are these the average APR for a Heloc?

I hate that the legal system gives enables these buyer to get money but I do understand its a bottom line business and whatever is cheaper wins...
