The best way I can think to do that is letter campaigns.

If you have 20 different LLCs that all do the same thing (own one property, same area, same management, etc) then there's a good line of logic that would lead an attorney to be able to point out that they are functionally the same, and the veil of separation between the LLCs is not valid.Run all of this by someone with more letters after their name, though.  

You can do that by sending them a letter or postcard, knocking on doors, driving for dollars, etc.

The Collateral paragraph says: All tangible and intangible personal property, including, but not limited to: (a) inventory, (b) equipment, (c) instruments, including promissory notes (d) chattel paper, including tangible chattel paper and electronic chattel paper, (e) documents, (f) letter of credit rights, (g) accounts, including health-care insurance receivables and credit card receivables, (h) deposit accounts, (i) commercial tort claims, (j) general intangibles, including payment intangibles and software and (k) as-extracted collateral as such terms may from time to time be defined in the Uniform Commercial Code.

Once reviewed, the jurisdiction will send a response letter and redline comments on the design.

What we are looking for is an attorney that will do owner financing docs as well as demand letters from time to time.  

I'm not on my computer and unable to share details but I recommend an estoppel letter or estoppel agreement.
