Brent has a crew, a warehouse, gobs of tools, and a steady stream of people calling for rentals, work done at their rentals, and people dropping off cabinets, toilets etc (warehouse is next to recycling center... sweet huh?).

I know it's foolish to think that it can't but we have had steady population (+/- 1% per year for decades) and are rarely affected by the market swings that seem to drive the rest of the country crazy.

My biggest obstacles are:1) Fear and uncertainty (corporate work provides a steady and known income, Health Ins, etc, what if I lose all my money?)
