Hi everyone, maybe I have missed it somewhere, but when using a Wifi Keypad in which the code to enter the property changes with each guest, is there a way to somehow automate this communication so you don't have to manually message each guest individually?

Well I don’t know about “extreme”, I just think we have to be careful automatically assuming that guests deserve charity and rich homeowners do not. 

My best advice is communication with whomever you deal with.

You can become rich in either market, but keep in mind more people become wealthy via real estate than in the stock market alone. 

I’m new to BP and found this site while looking for more information on real estate investing after reading “Rich Dad Poor Dad”.
