I recently acquired a 3.53 acre vacant lot located in a county industrial park with easy access to power, water, electricity, etc. 

You need to read up on buying mobile homes in parks here on BP. 

Plus, if you practice recreation that’s low cost recreation (running, biking, parks, etc) you can save when it means the most (while young).

But my parks are much larger and I am charging $50 a month to each tenant to offset that cost..
