Looking to buy my first mobile home park, know a seller, lead?

Hi all,

I have owned apartments for about 7 years and looking to jump into a mobile home park. I have done a good deal of research and spent a ton of time on education on mobile home parks and I am prepared for the investment. 

I would much appreciate and leads or introductions to anyone connected with finding and selling mobile home parks. Even if you aren't connected, but have advice on a lead, I would love to hear from you.
