In December, my wife and I bought an old 1984 3/2 split level home with a walkout basement in a great area of Raleigh NC and spent the next 5 months renovating it, spending a little over $40k and pouring every ounce of energy and time we had into it.

Bonus depreciation is 100% for 2022, 80% for 2023, 60% for 2024, 40% for 2025, 20% for 2026 and is completely phased out in 2027.

In a lot of ways i still feel 18 and i still have so much maturing to do, however i do feel mature in many aspects, i have a stable career, i pay all my bills, i have a car bill but it will be paid off ASAP (less then 300 a month) and no bad habits/addictions.

Hello all, my wife and I purchased a property with a FHA 203K loan.

I have a small coding background and i used it to help me train a small date pool of properties which then allowed for it to project property values.

I am located in Oklahoma and I would very much appreciate it if anyone who is from here or has communications with someone from Oklahoma if they could help me out or give me more information about it.

My LLC entity is set up in NY and I am also operating in NY.
