Otherwise I will look for investors.All desirable property in Mexico will be sold in USD but as I've just shown you can still make loads of money, even though it's not easy (you have to have the right connections and ideas).

They are buying expensive cars and taking vacations like crazy loading up on debt thinking the transactions will just keep coming.I believe people should live within their means.

A couple years ago, there were loads of articles claiming that the American Dream of Homeownership was dead but the latest stats show that the desire is still there while affordability despite low rates is the main deterrent.  

I happen to believe this is a REAL site with loads of valuable insight as to what one should and should not do.

It's worth it's weight in gold.

I use the credit report, but not sure how much weight I'd put on the actual credit score; some attributes of lower credit make a desirable tenant.
