So say your eviction is scheduled for Monday and it is 14 degrees but Wednesday it gets to 20 degrees then they will do it WednesdaySee below:http://chicagoeviction.com/2013/12/december-evicti...In addition, the general order also provides that the Sheriff shall cease execution of eviction orders (1) whenever the outside temperature is 15 degrees Fahrenheit or colder on the actual day of the eviction or (2) whenever regardless of outside temperature, extreme weather conditions endanger the health and welfare of those to be evicted.

Unfortunately build out is expensive and right after you buy new equipment and it becomes used it drops like a rock in value ( like a car does ).If this location isn't amazing then you could simply go buy your own equipment and start up elsewhere.

I visited the property multiple times and noticed winged reproductives and fresh droppings in areas where previously weren't present.I didn't even bother with the termites.But I was concerned about the molds.

I'd then let the owner know he can buy those letters from you (coincidentally for EMD + Costs) or you can drop them in the mailbox on the way out, and see them in court.
