Hello RE investor, Currently got hooked up to this forum .I have gathered lot of information on this platform and podcast. but most of information was related to US market.

Use this platform to its fullest including its deal calculators, searchable forums, meet-up coordinators, podcasts, and more.  

., because each property has a dedicated agent to answer questions, walk you through the process, etc. 

What you could do better with your friends is to stay "top of mind" by providing value through the different Social Media platforms with market research and other information to help with them with either selling or buying a house.

I'm sure you'll find some clients that are gullible enough to use you but savvy clients, particularly real estate investors with half a brain, will prefer to work with someone that dedicates their time and energy to the business.

I am leaning towards Rentec myself, but here are my high level thoughts with my goal being a single-platform Management and Accounting platform.

I am looking for advice on lead generation platforms for the Bay Area (or in general) that people can recommend.

But I imagine that navigating forums and profiles is much easier on the web platform.
