I have mentioned a few times on BP For all these folks trying to bust into the business but need to make money this is a great way to learn details and make cash without having to spend much if any money other than a computer scanner printer phone.

I am just a person on an internet message board, but have known enough attorneys and seen second and third hand enough lawsuits to know you are getting dragged in no matter what.Just a few things to think about before you start spending money to transfer, just to learn that it will cost you a lot more to have things like commercial insurance, commercial mortgage, business utility account (not more expensive, but typically require a large deposit to remain on account), etc.

It would probably be a year or two before i could get my first investment property anyway. no downside, until i just learned it would be 4+ years for conventional loans.

Or go ahead and learn for yourself- IF it comes out easily enough without breaking apart- go ahead and post it up on fb marketplace, cl, and next door etc, with the exact dimensions listed, for a couple of hundred bucks.
