I have heard many tenant horror stories, but the Johnny Lewis story tops them all.

My mother and step mother are both licensed real estate agents, my father is a real estate investor, my aunts and grand parents all own property, so I'm not completely green to the wealth potential of REI nor the risk and horror stories that accompany it.
