Just food for thought.

I am probably going against the grain by posting in this forum but I am losing my patience in getting cold calls and texts "are you interested in selling your property at this address?"

Termite damage is another big one… little black grains on the window sills are often a give-away there.  

Downtown itself has a decent number of breweries/food options, grocery stores, and things to do, while still being a short metro/Uber ride to downtown DC. 

There were items left by the previous tenants, food splattered in the kitchen, the dishwasher doesn’t sit in the area and falls over when the door is pulled, there’s even a panel missing on a kitchen cabinet.. they left freakin trulys in the freezer!

Getting to the plate first is KEY --  whether I'm talking about baseball or  eating food. 

One of the takeaways that I got from the podcast was that the early 2022 numbers for foreclosures should be taken with a grain of salt, as others here have pointed out.

So if the goal is to make money in order to make money and prove to yourself that you're really someone special...well...sorry, Sam, but at best you're going to be worm food in the near future, just like the rest of us.
