Getting to the plate first is KEY --  whether I'm talking about baseball or  eating food. 

You need to be Johnny-on-the-spot in the real estate market, if your a new, budding investor looking for just ONE opportunity to add/build to your portfolio. 

Does lead generating need to be relationship based INSTEAD of sell driven?
