My credit is bad from neglecting payments when I was younger on things such as cell phone bills and cable.  

One of the big national gurus even gives out his personal cell phone number and reports that he receives almost no calls.Mike

While most people have idea conditions ie cell phones, unrestricted Internet, and no imminent threats, the conditions here are much different for me.

I tried to include their cell numbers, but Bigger Pockets blocks me from doing that.

I'm seeing guys standing out at the corner all the time lately.Marlboro in one hand sign around their neck and a cell phone in the other it makes me sick.
