Everyone want to live in class A++ neighborhood and sometimes the only way to go there is by buying condo.

Great day everyone 🏜 I just wanted to thank you for the recent connect and also introduce myself...my name is Darryl.

I am biased but I truly believe in getting help it is not for everyone and many people are just fine DIY and this applies to all kinds of areas of expertise.   

It has been an interesting project for sure but I think everyone has to analyze their own risk tolerance and profit projections.

I recently went to my first ever BP meetup here in NWA and it was awesome and a great place to meet everyone, so I would definitely recommend anyone to go to any of their local meetups!
