Technically that is not correct, and could bite us in the butt, but I haven't had to fight it yet....After they vacate the property, within 45 days, you need to send them a final accounting of the damages, cleaning, etc and how their security deposit was applied..

I expect for many portals to drop out of the running because they're not willing to put up with the FINRA brain damage for the modest amount of money they can make operating the portal.  

(Tenant claiming you damaged something, stole something, etc.)I would probably consult an attorney who is up to date on the laws in the area.

Higher quality tenants tend to do less damage to a property, are less needy, etc. 

Now I'm trying to fill out the required refund form however, I need an Authorization No. and a Uninstall Code before I can send it in so my refund can be processed.It seems like I've hit a road block trying to obtain these numbers.

Be careful with the first two options, as you know Baltimore is block by block.
