Has anyone had difficulty getting a refund from rentalsoftware.com? I ordered Cash Flow Analyzer By Douglas Rutherford. I decided it wasn't the product for me. Now I'm trying to fill out the required refund form however, I need an Authorization No. and a Uninstall Code before I can send it in so my refund can be processed.

It seems like I've hit a road block trying to obtain these numbers. Guess I should have done my due diligence before ordering the product.
