When investing in condos, its all about the HOA :) I have been practicing real estate and investing in Chicago for many years now and in this market, I much prefer the 3-6 unit market v. condos personally but when I analyze condos, here is what I am looking at, #1.

My past consist of all phases of construction so I was able to do all the clearing, excavation, remodel(older mobile home) myself and made pretty good money.

LOL.. that theory is a theory in practice very difficult to do unless you can demonstrate that you can buy 10 to 20 houses and pay cash for them no financing..

On the other hand, some small firms may be less responsive if they have a heavy workload.Really, you cannot answer this question based on the size of the firm, or even based on the practice area.
