Hi BP,I am searching the web for ways on how to get renters ASAP if I have a vacancy.

It depends how you do it but web is down there in mass mailing to phone range.

So why not choose a state with no income tax compared to one with 3rd highest in the country.. and now that you can right it off.. couple that with high AGI income earners it becomes real.. its a double Whammy .. not only save the money I pay the state but I save the money I would now have to pay the fed .. for me its 6 figure savings annually just in that one move.. property tax's  na for me It too small to worry about.. but a 100k a year in actual cash flow difference that's worth getting up and moving for.

We've had lots of clients who had Podio web forms on their site and they converted visitors into leads really poorly.

@Chris CapersI highly suggest you take a step back from trying to entirely self-educate on the web. 

I believe a lot in philosophy, and as the clique goes "everything happens for a reason".
