Hi BP,

I am searching the web for ways on how to get renters ASAP if I have a vacancy. I won't be getting a property until a few years down the road but want to learn as much as possible. I am reading about basic ways on blogs but are their special hacks not well known?

You're researching advertising for Tenants for the chance that you have a rental property in a few years?

Honestly, don't get caught up in the minutia of RE investing.  Finding Tenants should be the least of your concerns right now.

The first step is getting yourself postioned for your first purchase, whether it be financing, down payment, finding a deal, or working numbers.

Don't put the cart before the horse.  It will overwhelm you.  Just take one step at a time.
