also keep in mind its rare for most agents to double end them.. but in the future when your signing your listing agreement always state if the listing agent double ends it the total commission is X.my wife in this market takes 5% total commissions and depending on the deal how hard it is if she double ends it she discounts to 4.5 all the way down to 3%. its also a very good listing presentation closing technique other agents wont think of it or offer it.
