Can I ask seller to finance a part of the deal while I obtaining a conventional loan

Hello BP community,

I am looking to purchase several newly build duplex from the developer. I am planning to use either conventional loan or DSCR loan to finance the majority deal. If possible, I will also ask if seller could finance part of my down payment. My question is if seller finance could co-exist with conventional loan or DSCR loan. Would anyone share your thought with me. Thank you so much!
