From my searches so far Utah seems to be pretty limited on the records that are available and even more limited on web search-related resources. 

My political advocacy large population city , gives me more units unlike inefficiency over small town consuming same hours to attend city council and localizing vendors .d) I use web scraper and virtual assistant to find cities explicitly allowing long-term parking of RV on private parcel.

@Vera Todoriko nothing automatically suspicious about the job sending people to a web site or it needing social security # to identify. 

April is 1/2, May is 3/4 and Sept has only one booking at them moment (Labor Day).I expect Sept to fill up in the next 2 months or so with some traffic in Oct for the bike trail.

@Neil Narayan If there were a 10-lane highway from the Bay Area to Austin, it would have a traffic jam!

The local restaurants were filled with people, and they had a couple of ski/outdoor rental businesses in place to handle lots of traffic.

When I really looked closer at the property I realized the shared driveway on the lot boundary was much too small to run a business and a residential property from, the building was too close to other homes to use it for anything that would make noise, dust, vehicle traffic, etc. 

LA Voted Worst Traffic City (Again).

Of course one of the concerns is the traffic noise (SoundScore 68), but on the other hand, I see (and have lived in one) apartments near freeways that are rentals.
