Then when he did get to work, 98% of the other IT workers were on B1 or H1B visas (ie. foreign workers here temporarily at the will of BofA usually from south asia) So they were afraid to say anything and were treated badly and dared not suggest better ways of doing the work- let alone asking for better treatment.

A couple items that I forgot:--there is nothing wrong with having a single member LLC set up as "manager managed" --in terms of preserving the corporate veil, it doesn't matter whether the LLC is treated as a disregarded entity or elects S-Corp taxation for its tax treatment.

An HOA lien is given statutory priority (in most states) and will be treated like municipal taxes or sewer charges.You may not have personal liability going forward but the lien will remain in effect.
