Newbie from Canada eh!
Hello everyone. I am glad I found you all by accident. I was looking for info an CAP Rates and got Ted Karsch article on Determing value of Apartments. I want to focus on Multifamily and MHP. Any help and suggestion are welcomed.
I currently own a blind Cleaning company and want to have a business that aquires real estate as well. I know it is important to treat this as a business as well. On that note I would like to see if those that have business plan for there RE business, would care to share their plan with this newbie. Thanks
