I recommend starting out in a place that is pretty well established, has some tourist traffic, and is easy to get to, but still kind of up and coming and not too expensive.

I only read an article on CNN, so I might not be properly informed but this is what the article said: "1-- Create a new state misdemeanor crime of willful failure to complete or carry an alien registration document. 2-- Allow officers to arrest immigrants unable to show documents proving they're legally in the country. 3-- Ban so-called soft immigration policies at local police agencies and allow people to sue if they feel a government agency has adopted a policy that hinders the enforcement of illegal immigration laws. 4-- Prohibit people from blocking traffic when they seek or offer day-labor services on street corners."

What are you guys all doing, are you getting them through paid traffic to a website?

There actually was a REAL scam where some disheveled person would offer to "clean" your windshield while stopped at a traffic light; actually, they wiped windshields with greasy filthy rags that left a totally smudged and undriveable windshield.

i guess it depends where you are installing this flooring...tile is great for all high traffic areas..ie Kitchen, bath and hall.

Madison is a medium sized community so the traffic isn't crazy bad.

Did I mention he had to commute one hour each way to work and home without traffic?  

You do not want carpet in your high traffic areas as this will cost you thousands over the lifespan of the home.  

All that to say, that there is absolutely a ton of traffic pertinent to both bases so this is definitely something to look into.Thanks for that perspective!
