As long as your rehab and ARV are solid you should be good.

Plenty of fix & flip deals, along with a good chunk of solid buy & holds.

@Beau Shaw I see you are in Orient...where are you focused....If your agent is an investor, you should have very solid financials and comp reports run...and much more...so making the decision to move forward should be very clear...either it makes sense or not.

I could have partnered or raised the capital, but wasn't ready to go down that path just yet.The apartment complex is located in Bryan / College Station.It's difficult to give you a solid answer on the numbers.
