FHA loan or 203k!!!!
Hello BP community. What’s the best way to buy my first property? FHA regular loan or 203k. I make this question because I’m ready for buy mi first property and I’m on that point. I don’t know if I should’ve take a fha loan or buy a cheaper house with the 203k and fixed when it’s my first time business. Please I’ll be waiting for you answer and thanks.
