My primary residence has a unique feature in that it has come with a 20x40ft double-wide manufactured home in the backyard.Previous owner was using it as a shop but it has wood panel walls and beat to hell 50 year old carpet.

Apparently she and many of the other residents suspect that the management company is pocketing monthly fees that are earmarked for improvements to the complex, and has been towing condo owners' cars for nonpayment of disputed bills.She and many of the other residents in the complex are non-native English speakers and of limited means.

It's a great option for 1st time homebuyers, but remember that it's typical for the condition of the loan to be that you must live in the home as your primary residence for 1 year or more in order to qualify!
