we like the general gulf coast side of florida as well as Gatlinburg TN which are obviously vastly different but seem popular.

That obviously depends on your level of willingness to deal with problems should they arise.For a 500 sq ft condo, there's only so many issues that can arise, but they can arise. 

The demand for both multi-family homes (usually apartments for rent) and 1-family units (usually for home purchase) is expected to remain strong because housing construction for 1-family and multi-family units is still behind the demand arising from household formation and demand for replacement housing.

There have been quite a few high profile violent crimes in Oak Park recently and partly as a result of that Forest Park is getting more popular.

Please help, its a well hidden gem in an area becoming increasingly popular

I know Katy has been pretty popular for years and Richmond/Rosenburg have really grown over the last decade.

@Ben MorrisonIn my situation it probably would've taken a similar amount of time to go either way, but I wanted to keep the strength of the plaster and lath construction and avoid issues that may arise with having to modify the original wood trim.

Why flippers don’t focus on getting a Designers help is possibly for a few reasons: 1)they don’t believe they need it 2)believe it’s too costly 3)they knock off popular selections or follow what a sales person steers them to buy.
