Just got done deleting my Facebook so the only social media I’ll be using is this platform (I would argue it’s time better spent).

While I’m quite familiar with AirBnB’s philosophy on the matter, it seems at odds with the reality of how increasingly “corporate-ized” the platform has gotten in the last couple years. 

Due to the fact that most contractors won’t have a ton of knowledge or experience on these advertising platforms, specific keywords would be affordable to purchase and a basic AdWords campaign would do wonders for exposure.

The lease is ending at the end of this month and he has asked to move a different room mate in from the start of April which I dont have an issue with and feel its the least I can do given the fact he stepped up and paid 100% rent without complaining when he could have let it be my headache.Anyway my issue now stems from how do I return the security deposit to the tenant who has gone missing?

It is essentially a blank canvas to create a platform that works for you.

I first want to start out here by saying that BP is an awesome platform and it seems that a lot of really smart, kind, and interesting people are on here, and BP has already helped me with so much research, its just a really bad A site!!!

There doesn't seem to be a best of breed platform for the average investor to use.
