Finding my first deal!
Really excited to get my hands dirty and get my first deal done. I’ve obsessed about it for too long without action! Just got done deleting my Facebook so the only social media I’ll be using is this platform (I would argue it’s time better spent). I’m out here in Ohio due to networking with an investor from back home (Boise, ID) and have probably spent 8 hours today alone looking for deals on Zillow and other real estate sites. Found several that could make sense on paper.
Just wanted to say I appreciate all the podcasts from Bigger Pockets and think I’ll really enjoy spending time on this platform.
